Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Multiple Rehabilitation Settings Multiple New Hampshire Locations

Relient Health is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) for full-time, in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across New Hampshire. These are full-time, direct-hire, permanent placement PTA positions (not travel, not contract, not PRN).

Our openings include opportunities in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location

Current PTA openings available in:

Concord, Franconia, Hampton, Laconia, Lebanon, Rochester, and additional New Hampshire markets.

Clinical Responsibilities

Deliver physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist (PT)

Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans

Provide quality, compassionate care across appropriate rehabilitation settings

Document care in EMR systems per state, federal, and facility standards

Collaborate with PTs, rehab teams, and nursing/medical staff

Promote mobility, functional independence, and patient safety

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program

Active New Hampshire PTA license, or eligibility/pending licensure

Ability to work full-time in one of the listed New Hampshire markets

Authorized to work in the United States
