Relient Health is seeking experienced Directors of Rehabilitation (DORs) for full-time, in-person leadership opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across Massachusetts. These are full-time, direct-hire, permanent placement DOR positions (not contract, not travel, not PRN).
Our openings include leadership roles in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), and retirement communities , depending on the specific location.
Current DOR openings available in:
Attleboro, Boston, Brewster, Brighton, Chelsea, Fitchburg, Framingham, and additional Massachusetts markets.
Who Are These Opportunities Ideal For?
Licensed Physical Therapists (PTs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)

Leadership Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department
Manage therapy staff schedules, productivity, and caseload assignments
Ensure high-quality patient care delivery across PT/OT/SLP services
Collaborate with administrators, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams
Promote regulatory compliance (state, federal, and facility standards)
Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to staff
Support clinical programming and service quality initiatives
Track KPIs including outcomes, census, and department performance
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and staff development
Required Qualifications
Must be a licensed PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP
Experience as a DOR, Assistant DOR, therapy supervisor, or rehab team lead
Ability to work full-time in one of the listed Massachusetts markets
Authorized to work in the United States
