This role offers a meaningful opportunity to use music as a therapeutic tool to enhance quality of life, provide comfort, and support emotional well-being for individuals receiving hospice care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized music therapy care plans

• Provide therapeutic music interventions to address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs

• Collaborate with hospice team members to ensure holistic patient care

• Support patients and families through end-of-life transitions

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services\

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
