Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

No current placement allowed at Program: Medefis Program - Trusted Invoices.

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience:Experience in a home care setting is preferred.

Unit Details:Provides in-home therapy services to maximize independence and safety for home care and hospice patients.

Special Requests:Required a reliable vehicle.

Shift & Scheduling:Monday-Friday. Up to 40 hours per week. No holiday coverage required.

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Drivers license required
