Job DetailsJob Location: McKay Healthcare & Rehab Center - Soap Lake, WA 98851Position Type: FT40Salary Range: $34.00 - $53.50 HourlyInfinity Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab within our therapy team at McKay Healthcare and Rehab Center located in Soap Lake, WA.
Position Highlights:
Leading the Way: Innovative leadership support and growth model for success
Technology: Utilization of NetHealth for point of service documentation with laptop or iPad
Clinical Expertise: We are leaders in the industry with standardized assessments and evidence-based practice for maximization of patient care and optimal results
Employee Centric: Therapist run organization understands and supports our therapists professionally
Continuing Education and Benefits: providing free CEU opportunities through CEU360, excellent health benefits and 401K opportunities

Responsibilities:
Excel in bringing a visionary approach for a continuum of care to post-acute rehab, driving clinical excellence
Optimize data driven therapy and outcomes through various metrics and standard of care
Provide direct therapy services to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary
QualificationsRecommended Minimum Position Qualifications:
One to two years of experience in a leadership/management role.
Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant /Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
Master’s degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited program and Certificate of Clinical Competency.
Current state licensure or certification as a PT/OT/SLP
