As part of our team, you'll get to work with a diverse group of patients and really make a positive impact on their road to recovery.

What You'll Be Doing Every Day:

• Help out with providing outpatient physical therapy services
• Work closely with licensed physical therapists to come up with treatment plans
• Carry out therapeutic exercises and modalities
• Educate patients on exercises to do at home and self-care techniques
• Keep track of patient progress and stay in touch with the healthcare team

Skills You Need:

• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation is preferred
• Willingness to learn
• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation would be helpful
• Good communication skills
• Aversion to drama is a must
• Eligibility to be Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Arkansas

Skills That Would Be Nice to Have:

• Experience in manual therapy
• Knowledge of outpatient orthopedics
• Skills in soft tissue mobilization
• Knowledge of adaptive equipment

Technical Skills you should have

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $45,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $60,000.00
• Includes dental insurance, vision insurance, and health savings accounts (HSA)
• Paid Time Off (PTO)
