Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) / Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)

A healthcare facility is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to join their clinical team on a full-time permanent direct hire basis.

Responsibilities:

*

Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures in accordance with physician orders

*

Monitor and assess patients with cardiopulmonary conditions

*

Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment including ventilators and oxygen delivery systems

*

Perform diagnostic testing and patient assessments

*

Respond to emergency respiratory situations and provide critical care support as needed

*

Educate patients and families regarding respiratory treatments and care plans

*

Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow regulatory and safety standards

*

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient care

Requirements: * Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program * Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential required * Current state licensure required where applicable * BLS certification required; ACLS and/or PALS may be required depending on department * Previous respiratory therapy experience preferred * Strong critical thinking and communication skills * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply for immediate consideration.
