Required Skills and Experience: Current licensure as an SLP in the state of New Hampshire (or ability to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required Prior experience in a school environment strongly preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families Strong organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders among K-12 students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student needs and evaluation data Maintain accurate records and documentation according to district and regulatory guidelines Consult and coordinate with classroom teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress Participate in IEP meetings and related staff development activities Deliver services in both individual and group settings according to student requirements As part of this contract position, you'll work between 30-35 hours per week, fully immersed in a collaborative school community dedicated to student success.
