Your expertise will help students reach their full potential through tailored speech and language interventions. What we're looking for: Degree in Speech or Communication Disorders required SLPA certification is not necessary for this role in Georgia Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations is strongly preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational abilities and adaptability to serve at multiple locations Team-oriented mindset and commitment to student progress Responsibilities: Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP Assist with developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals Support screening and assessment activities Maintain clear, accurate records of student progress and data collection Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive learning environment Contribute to IEP meetings when requested Assist with organizing therapy materials and activities suited to student needs This position offers a consistent weekday schedule with 35 hours per week (7 hours per day) across the academic year, giving you stability and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students' lives.
