Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. Were seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Delaware State OT license required prior to the start of the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for adults with medical, orthopedic, neurologic, or cognitive impairments.
• Documentation experience consistent with facility and Medicare/Medicaid requirements.
• Ability to manage caseloads in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Preferred: Experience with restorative nursing programs, ADL retraining, durable medical equipment recommendations, and discharge planning.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
• Schedule: 5x8 (Monday through Friday).
• VMS Contract Weeks: 14-week assignment.
• Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
