Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is required within the last 18 months.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

This role will require floating to multiple locations

Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.

Unit Details:Acute inpatient PT setting covering the ED and Med Surg.Case types include total joints, CVA, CHF, COPD, and sepsis.Caseload is 8-10 patients per day.Works with PTAs.

Shift & Scheduling:8 or 10 hour days.Flexible contract hours: 36 per week; can pick up additional shifts. No 48-hour option.No more than 5 days of RTO.5x8s with flex weekend coverage 2-3 days/month, or 4x10 (Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat).No self-scheduling.Holidays rotate.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 3 years

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

Drivers license required for submission
