- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Active Arizona SLP License
- Arizona Educator Certificate
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is highly valued
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students from PreK through 8th grade
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing students' speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy strategies within the classroom
- Maintain thorough and organized documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
- Prepare progress reports and participate in IEP meetings to advocate for student support
- Provide direct and consultative services, adapting materials or methods to meet individual student needs
