Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking an experienced, dependable Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our practice in a part-time role with potential for expanded hours over time .

This position includes a combination of:

• Outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
• Home health visits throughout the Salt Lake Valley

We are looking for a clinician who is confident working independently, values clinical reasoning, and takes pride in delivering high-quality patient care across settings.

What this role requires:

• Current Utah PTA license in good standing
• Prior outpatient and/or home health experience preferred
• Strong ability to manage patients independently in home health settings
• Solid clinical judgment and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation for travel throughout the Salt Lake Valley
• Professional communication with patients and referring providers
