Responsibilities Under the direction of the Occupional Therapist, assists in evaluion and development of the rehabilitive plan of care and in period re-evaluions as required. Educe pients and caregivers on proper techniques to improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent injuries Maintain accure and timely documention and progress notes. Collabore with other healthcare professionals to ensure pients receive comprehensive care Guide and instructs pients in prescribed therapeutic self-care and creive activities th are directed toward improving independence and functioning. Attend and participe in department staff meetings and case conference meetings. Qualificions: COTA degree from an accredited program A COTA license from applicable ste One year of home health experience required Must have knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines. Current CPR certificion Valid driver's license and reliable transportion Excellent verbal and written communicion skills Basic computer skill proficiency. Ability to use Microsoft Windows.
