Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Illinois Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience in outpatient settings is required.
  • Demonstrated experience with musculoskeletal and orthopedic evaluations and treatment strategies is preferred.
  • Experience with therapeutic exercise instruction, manual therapy techniques, and patient education is preferred.

  • Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
  • Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
