Occupational Therapist (OT) Responsibilities
Provide skilled occupational therapy services in patients homes
Complete evaluations and treatment visits
Develop individualized treatment plans
Focus on ADLs, home safety, adaptive techniques, and functional independence
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Complete timely documentation

Qualifications
Active Alabama Occupational Therapist (OT) license
Current CPR certification
Valid drivers license and auto insurance
1+ year of OT experience preferred
