Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

6 months of Physical Therapy experience.

Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

This role will require floating to multiple units

Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

No current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - Saint Francis Health System.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience. Outpatient experience.

Required Credentials: Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday.

7 days maximum time off
