Position Overview:

Allison Audiology is seeking an experienced and compassionate Audiologist who is passionate about patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

The ideal candidate is confident, personable, and motivated to provide comprehensive audiologic care while becoming a trusted long-term hearing healthcare partner for their patients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostic testing for adult patients

  • Provide hearing aid consultations, fittings, programming, verification, and follow-up care

  • Evaluate candidacy for and manage Lyric hearing aids, including insertions and ongoing patient management

  • Perform tinnitus assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Conduct auditory processing evaluations and provide treatment recommendations

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) required

  • 2+ years of clinical experience preferred, ideally in a private practice setting, though motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Strong diagnostic and hearing aid fitting skills

  • Experience with tinnitus management and/or auditory processing evaluations is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary plus bonus potential $105,000-$115,000
