BrightStar Care of Tallahassee is seeking a Part Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy services.

What Youll Do
Provide personalized 1:1 in-home occupational therapy services
Evaluate patients functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility goals
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Document care accurately and communicate with the care team

Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current CPR certification Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Home health experience preferred
