CLIENT: Kinai Kids Therapy SETTING: OP Ortho PEDS 100% START DATE: November 9th GUARANTEE: 36 hrs gte ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: 26 weeks REQUESTED EXPERIENCE: Prefer PEDS Experience; If NG - Level 2 Clinical Rotation a must STAFF: Staff: 5 OT/ 5 SLP / 5 PT /Facility uses Assistants EMR: Fusion Web Clinic (Created by a Pediatric Therapist for Pediatric Therapy) CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING: Census: 8 patients/day; 2 hours for documentation
Patients: Birth to 18 (mostly 2-12) SCHEDULE: Schedule - M-TH 4x10 Schedule; HippoTherapy (horse therapy) on Fridays (not Mandatory 3-5 hours) ADDITIONAL INFO: License can take up to 3 months, so there is time to get licensed for January start LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS: Selling points from the PT owner:
