As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide rehabilitation services to the residents residing at our facility 
• Implement treatment plans 
• Collaborate with the therapy team to develop individualized education programs

Required Skills:

• Associate's degree from an accredited OTA program
• Tennessee license
• Skilled in providing occupational therapy interventions under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Experience with ADL training including dressing, bathing, toileting, grooming, and feeding
• Knowledge of adaptive equipment 

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous work in skilled nursing facilities
