Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active and current GA SLP License
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA strongly preferred
• Prior experience in a school setting with K-12 caseloads desirable
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide direct and consultative speech/language services

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students for speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to diverse student needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning environments
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation as required by state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student planning and progress monitoring
• Provide engaging therapy sessions both individually and in group settings
