What You'll Do:

Provide personalized physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans for residents

Help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall wellness

Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team including nursing, wellness, and activities staff

Educate residents and families on exercises and injury prevention

Supervise two Physical Therapy Assistants

Licensed Physical Therapist

Strong interpersonal skills and upbeat attitude

This position is 30 hours per week and includes full benefits. The position hours are typically 8:30am-5:00pm Monday through Friday and 1-2 on-call weekends a month. The hours for this position can be flexible.
