As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with patients who require occupational therapy services to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, promote independence, and enhance overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' occupational performance and develop individualized treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs

• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional abilities

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care and therapy sessions

• Participate in mandatory in-services and continuing education to stay current with best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Alabama

• Minimum 0 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist (new graduates welcome to apply!)
