Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based evaluation and treatment for patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders within an acute care setting
• Develop individualized care plans tailored to each patients unique needs and goals
• Collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and nursing staff to coordinate comprehensive care
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers to ensure understanding and support for ongoing therapy
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely clinical documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current, valid state licensure, or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience in acute care or hospital setting strongly desired
