Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Valid WA SLP license and ESA credential
• Familiarity with school-based services across K-12 settings
• Experience with a range of communication disorders and therapy techniques
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
• Commitment to fostering student growth and collaborating with educators and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy and assessment to students according to their IEPs
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, staff, and families to support each students progress
• Document services, maintain accurate records, and complete required reports
• Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to the student support team
• Engage in ongoing professional development as required by the setting
