Job Summary: You will perform services that meet the established guidelines for that type of service offering and that exceed guest expectations. You will report to the Spa Director. Ensure the "Choctaw Experience" for members and guests by maintaining the Choctaw Expectations and Brand Standards.

Primary Tasks:

  1. You will ensure work areas are clean and set according to procedures. Clean and disinfect all equipment daily.
  2. Understand and use universal precautions when providing services.
  3. Assess contraindications of guests that may prevent service from taking place.
  4. Maintain excellent product knowledge and have complete knowledge of all spa services presently offered.
  5. Suggest to guest's other beneficial treatments offered in the spa and recommend products for home use with a minimum service to sales ratio of 5%.
  6. You will perform all treatments on services' menu based on current certifications. Begin and end all treatments.
  7. Understand the ingredients in products to answer guest's questions in a knowledgeable and professional matter and be able to explain the associated benefits to the guests.
  8. Inform the Spa Supervisor/Spa Director of product needs.
  9. Assist staff with lifting and storing facility equipment, furniture, and products to help maintain facility and prepare for special events.
  10. Perform other tasks as assigned.

  • Must maintain all current licenses and certifications required on a state and local level.
  • Efficient and able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • One (1) year of experience in massage therapy.
