What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat a diverse orthopedic and musculoskeletal patient population
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional movement strategies
- Help patients return to the activities and lifestyles they love
- Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare providers
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience from evaluation to discharge
- Contribute as a key member of a motivated clinical team
What We’re Looking For
- Active California Physical Therapist License (or eligibility)
- Passion for outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Manual therapy experience preferred
- Team-oriented, positive, and motivated mindset
- New graduates are encouraged to apply — strong mentorship available
