What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate and treat a diverse orthopedic and musculoskeletal patient population
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional movement strategies
  • Help patients return to the activities and lifestyles they love
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare providers
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience from evaluation to discharge
  • Contribute as a key member of a motivated clinical team

What We’re Looking For

  • Active California Physical Therapist License (or eligibility)
  • Passion for outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Manual therapy experience preferred
  • Team-oriented, positive, and motivated mindset
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply — strong mentorship available
