Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is required.

12 months of acute care experience.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

Local & travel allowed. Candidates living Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience:- Must be comfortable with inpatient rehab evaluation.

Preferred Skills/Experience:- Rehabilitation hospital work setting experience preferred.

Special Requests:- Travelers must shave for a mask to seal for fit testing. CAPRs and PAPRs are not provided, and travelers cannot use their own PAPRs or CAPRs. Failure to shave for fit testing will result in cancellation.

Unit Details:- Adult and geriatric patient population.- Coverage across ICU, medical, surgical, and inpatient rehab units.

Shift & Scheduling:- Will consider part-time or full-time schedules.- Mon-Fri.- Weekend rotation every 6-7 weeks; when working the weekend, the PT will have a day off the week before and week after.- Holidays are rotated, one holiday a year.- Provides call coverage to all units.- Workday 8-430 and 930-6 on ortho days to get evals complete.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear Yes or No response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
