Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while working in a hospital setting in Tuba City, AZ. This opportunity serves a broad referral area and supports both inpatient and outpatient care.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience providing occupational therapy in inpatient and outpatient hospital settings preferred.
- Experience with discharge planning, ADL retraining, and assistive device assessment preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience serving diverse populations, including Native American communities, preferred.
- Experience with electronic medical records and documentation in acute care preferred.
Assignment Details
- Monday - Friday.
- 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
