Job Description


Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a skilled nursing facility in Santa Fe, NM as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
  • Active New Mexico Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate, plan, and implement skilled PT interventions for older adult populations preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
  • Experience with restorative nursing programs and Medicare documentation preferred.

Assignment Details

  • Shift Hours: 0800-1630.
  • Workweek: 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift.
  • Guaranteed weekly hours: 35.
