Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Current SLP license or eligibility in California

Previous experience working in a school environment preferred

Commitment to culturally responsive and equitable practices Key Responsibilities:

Assess students' speech and language abilities through formal and informal evaluations

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address a variety of communication needs

Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to educational team goals

Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to support generalization of skills in multiple settings

Deliver direct and consultative services to students individually and in small groups

Maintain thorough and timely documentation and progress reports
