Category Schools - PT - Telehealth Job Type Contract A contracted Physical Therapist is needed to provide telehealth and in-person school-based services primarily in Roseburg, OR, with occasional visits to other areas within Douglas County. This role focuses on early intervention, delivering therapy through home visits and supporting early childhood special education (ECSE) with limited consulting. Key responsibilities include: Conducting physical therapy sessions via telehealth and in-person settings within homes and schools. Collaborating with families and educational staff to develop individualized treatment plans. Providing early intervention services aimed at improving motor skills and functional mobility. Offering consultative support to ECSE teams with a focus on physical therapy strategies. Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to regulatory requirements. Qualifications for this role: Licensed Physical Therapist with credentials valid in Oregon. Experience in school-based physical therapy, including telehealth delivery. Knowledge of early intervention principles and working with young children. Strong communication skills for collaborating with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams. Ability to travel within Douglas County for home and school visits. This full-time contract position requires availability for 40 hours per week from the start date (ASAP) through June 11, 2027.
