This is a remote, 1099 independent contractor opportunity offering a consistent flat hourly rate for both direct and indirect services. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about supporting student communication goals while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. Position Overview Fully virtual, school-based assignment 1099 independent contractor position Flexible scheduling opportunities Flat hourly compensation for all approved direct and indirect services Caseload details and school assignments based on experience and availability Responsibilities Provide virtual speech and language therapy services to students Conduct assessments, evaluations, and develop treatment plans Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff and families Maintain accurate and timely documentation Monitor student progress and adjust goals/interventions as needed Utilize virtual therapy platforms and digital resources effectively Qualifications Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist license Active Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GAPSC) certification ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Previous school-based experience preferred Comfortable providing teletherapy services in a virtual environment Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to work independently as a contractor Compensation $46-52/hour flat hourly rate for both direct and indirect services Remote work from home Flexible contract opportunities Clinical and technical support available Ideal Candidate We are looking for clinicians who are adaptable, collaborative, and committed to helping students succeed through engaging and effective virtual therapy services.
