Rehabilitation Unit - Physical Therapist

Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

12 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience.

3 months of travel experience is required.

Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.

No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - UnityPoint Health.

Additional Details:

Shift & Scheduling: On call on Saturday 0700-1200 and Sunday 0700-1100

If traveler is willing to work an acute weekend 1-2 while here

Floating Requirement: Traveler will work 4 days in our outpatient clinic and 1 day a week in acute care

7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 05/25/2026, 07/04/2026, 09/07/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

2 references required from within the last 2 years

Drivers license required for submission
