Implement prescribed interventions and therapeutic exercise programs to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, and function. Administer modalities and operate therapeutic equipment as prescribed. Instruct patients and caregivers on exercise techniques, home programs, safety, and precautions. Document treatments, patient response, and progress accurately and promptly in patient records. Communicate and coordinate with the Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team regarding treatment plans and patient status. Follow safety, infection control, and facility policies to maintain a safe therapy environment. Provide patient encouragement and support to promote adherence and progress. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
