Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Travel Job

Were hiring an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a hospital in Salem, VA. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders. This role requires clinical competence, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate or bachelors degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
• Current state respiratory therapist license in good standing.
• One year of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• BLS certification.
• Experience working in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
• Competence with ventilator management, arterial blood gas analysis, and non-invasive ventilation preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 1900-0700.
• Shift includes night coverage.
