Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Arizona physical therapy license or ability to obtain an active state license prior to the assignment start.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
• Demonstrated skills in inpatient evaluation and treatment, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with cardiovascular/pulmonary and orthopedic inpatient populations preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records documentation preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800-1700.
