Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Illinois state PT license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic exercise, gait training, and functional mobility interventions preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with electronic medical records in a post-acute or skilled nursing environment.
  • Previous travel therapy experience preferred.

Assignment Details

  • Shift hours: 08:3016:30.
  • Work schedule: five 8-hour shifts per week.
