Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join a collaborative school team in Beloit for the 20262027 school year. This full-time, school-based role focuses on supporting students mobility, physical development, and access to the educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Support gross motor development, mobility, and independence for students
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
Recommend and monitor adaptive equipment as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications
Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy
Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license (required)
Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Ability to manage caseloads and prioritize student needs
