Rehabilitation Unit - Speech-Language Pathologist

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Trauma Level 1 experience is required within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

24 months gap required between for Staff at Program: RightSourcing Program - Carle Health and no current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - Carle Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:- Completion of Clinical Fellowship OR 1 year of clinical experience.

Required Credentials:- Masters degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences, Communication Sciences, or related field.- Temp Illinois licensure is not accepted.

Unit Details:- Evaluates and treats patients of all ages.

Shift & Scheduling:- Mon-Fri.- Potential for limited weekend coverage; would have a comp day if scheduled weekend shifts.- No holiday shifts.

Floating Requirements:- Potential for cross-coverage to Acute.- Travelers assigned to the Greater Peoria Service Area may be required to float between the following sites: Carle Health Methodist Hospital, Carle Health Pekin Hospital, and/or Carle Health Proctor Hospital. The Carle Leader will notify the traveler directly when there is a need to float between locations.

7 days maximum time off. Maximum consecutive days off: 3

2 references required from within the last 2 years
