Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Jackson, TN. We seek a dedicated and compassionate clinician to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while working in a skilled nursing facility setting. This role supports both short-term skilled patients and long-term care residents as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Tennessee Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Minimum experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings required.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Point-of-service documentation experience and ability to achieve high productivity (client notes reference 88% productivity expectations).
- Ability to provide a resume for submission to the client.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in long-term care and with primarily LTC patient populations.
- Flexibility to adjust schedule when needed and occasional floating to a nearby sister facility.
Assignment Details
- Schedule Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day.
- Flex schedule available and required when needed.
- Possible occasional float to a nearby sister facility; float assignments may include primarily long-term care residents.
- COVID vaccine policy not required; completion of an acknowledgment form is required if not vaccinated.
