We are seeking compassionate and motivated Pediatric Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) to join our pediatric therapy team in Roanoke.

The Pediatric OT and OTA will provide individualized, evidence-based occupational therapy services for children with developmental, sensory, neurological, orthopedic, and functional challenges. Clinicians will work closely with families and interdisciplinary team members to help patients improve independence and participation in daily activities.
This opportunity offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time scheduling options.
Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)
Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions focused on functional outcomes
Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Educate families on treatment strategies and home programming
Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care as appropriate
Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Occupational Therapist
Provide engaging, patient-centered therapy interventions
Document patient progress and treatment responses
Collaborate with therapists and caregivers to support patient goals
Assist in maintaining a positive and supportive therapy environment
Requirements
Occupational Therapist (OT)
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Active Virginia Occupational Therapy license or ability to obtain
Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Active Virginia OTA license or ability to obtain
Pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
