Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Travel Job

Were hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local hospital in Aspen, CO where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders. The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) will provide cardiopulmonary diagnostic procedures and deliver respiratory care for patients ranging from newborn to geriatric across hospital settings.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelors degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
• Unrestricted license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) in the State of Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• At least 2 years of well-rounded RT experience with a diverse patient population.
• Basic Life Support (BLS). May be obtained upon hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program Advanced Provider (NRP).

Preferred Qualifications

• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Experience with high risk deliveries and neonates preferred.
• Experience with EPIC preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
• Shift Pattern: 3x12 schedule.
