- Spartanburg Regional Medical Center
- Spartanburg, South Carolina
- Full Time
Job Requirements
Spartanburg Hospital for Restorative Care is a division of Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System - Post Acute Division. We offer a truly unique clinical environment where we are home to both a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
Our skilled nursing facility has 25 beds and specializes in short-term rehab, where patients usually stay two to four weeks to maximize their functional independence. We are proud to have been recognized by U.S. News and World Report 8 times as one of the best nursing homes in the nation. This honor is a true reflection of our commitment to providing excellent patient care.
Within our LTACH, we have 35 beds and provide specialized care for medically complex patients with high acuity needs including, but not limited to, tracheostomy and ventilator management, stroke recovery, brain injury, cancer and more. This setting allows clinicians to work at the top level of their field while making a meaningful impact on patients' recovery journeys.
Our dynamic rehabilitation team includes PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, and SLPs. Together, we work collaboratively to deliver innovative patient-centered care in a supportive, team-driven environment. Our therapy department maintains a strong and consistent patient census, offering a wide range of clinical experiences across orthopedic, neurologic, cardiac, critical care, general medical, general surgical, and oncology diagnoses.
Our clinicians pride themselves on building meaningful, lasting relationships with patients and their families. Unlike fast-paced acute settings, our environment allows you the time and continuity to truly get to know your patients, support their progress, and celebrate their successes. We value a highly relational approach to care - where communication, trust and compassion are just as important as clinical expertise.
The ideal candidate adopts and embodies our system's core values of accountability, compassion, collaboration, integrity, respect, and stewardship. We are looking for highly qualified and motivated therapists to join our team in providing excellent patient care that aligns with our mission and vision.
Weekends and holidays are required in this position.
