Minimum Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program, or foreign equivalent when applicable. Required for licensing when obtained on or after January 2016.
- Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per facility policy. AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS required.
- ICU experience preferred but not required.
- Two years of physical therapy experience preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 0800 - 1700.
- Workweek: 5x8 schedule.
- Schedule includes a weekend rotation: every third weekend.
- No on-call requirement.
