Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic patient care.
Maintain meticulous patient records and documentation, complying with regulatory standards.

Experienced in educating patients and families on home safety protocols and proper medical equipment use
Required Certifications & Licensures
Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active and valid license, registration, or permit to practice in the state of agency operation
Current CPR certification, maintained continuously throughout employment in a clinical role
Valid driver's license with the ability to travel across all business locations as needed
