Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

12 months of Physical Therapy experience.

Experience with Cerner is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

This role will require floating to multiple units

Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

No current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Medical Center Health System.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Shift & Scheduling:- Monday to Friday with weekend coverage every 4th weekend.- On-call as needed on Sundays for CVA patients only.

Floating Requirements:- May float to outpatient area as needed.

7 days maximum time off

1 reference required from within the last 3 years

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required
