• Monday - Friday: 8:00am5:00pm
• No on-call responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapy license in West Virginia
• Experience with HCHB required
• Prior background in physical therapy within a hospital setting
• Strong ability to conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and adapt treatment plans

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform physical therapy assessments and treatments as prescribed
• Develop individualized, measurable rehabilitation goals
• Regularly re-assess progress and adjust plans as needed
• Communicate effectively with physicians, care teams, clients, and family members
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides appropriately
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with all regulations
• Engage in ongoing professional development and staff training
