Key Qualifications:
- Valid Audiologist license and credentials
- Masters, Doctorate, or equivalent degree in Audiology
- Experience working in school settings or pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, therapists, and families
- Passion for supporting students auditory health and educational success
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct hearing assessments, screenings, and evaluations for students
- Fit and manage hearing aids and assistive listening devices as needed
- Work as part of an educational team to develop and implement IEP goals
- Provide consultation and develop resources for staff and families regarding hearing loss management
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports as required
- Participate in school meetings and provide in-service training as needed
